Situated in the Big Sur Valley on the central coast of California, Wild Bird is surrounded by the beautiful Ventana Wilderness Area and the lush Los Padres National Forest. Comfortably able to sleep 8 people, it was originally designed in 1958 by the renowned architect Nathaniel Owings, a partner in the internationally-recognized architectural firm Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill, as his own private residence. From the 60 year old redwood beams to the contemporary infinity pool, everything within this property has been carefully crafted to offer its guests a truly unforgettable stay in one of the most beautiful and restful places on earth.
